Create your firm's account
Two minutes. Your firm, your name, a password, and your card for after the 14-day trial. Everyone you add later signs in with their own email.
Connect your Claude
One Connect Claude button opens Claude with the connector already filled in; press Continue and Connect. Claude now sees your cases and the requests you leave for it.
Claude works, you decide
Every 12 hours Claude reads your email and calendar and proposes updates; every hour it does what you asked for on the site. Drafts come back to you. Nothing is sent or filed without your yes.

Email and calendar, read for you
Claude matches each thread and event to a case and proposes the update: a new hearing date, a filing received, a client question. You accept, edit or dismiss.
Ask Claude, right on the list
Every task, date, email and stale case has an Ask Claude button. "Draft a reply." "Summarize this thread as a note." "Do this and mark it done." It reports back on the same row.
Reply and forward from the site
Write the reply where you read the update. Claude sends exactly what you wrote from your own Gmail — or leaves a draft for you to send.
Deadlines from the rules
Enter the trigger date and the deadlines are computed from the court rules, pushed to your Google Calendar, and checked each morning.

No credentials handed over
Case Velocity never holds your Google or Claude passwords. Claude reaches your email, calendar and Drive through the connections in your own Claude account, under your control.
Nothing leaves without you
Claude proposes; you decide. The only email it ever sends is a message you wrote on the site and pressed Send for. Nothing is filed or served.
Separate rooms for every firm
Each firm's records live in their own space. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, sessions are short-lived, and every page is served over HTTPS.
Before you register
Do I need my own Claude account?
Yes. Case Velocity is built to run through the Claude your firm already pays for, so your data stays in your own accounts. You need a Claude plan that offers custom connectors and scheduled tasks. Connecting is one Connect Claude button, then Connect in Claude.
Will Claude send email on my behalf?
Only a message you wrote on the site and pressed Send for, exactly as written, from your own Gmail. Everything else — letters, intake emails, replies you asked Claude to draft — arrives as a draft for you to review and send yourself.
How do I add my paralegal or an associate?
Settings → Team and billing → Add a user. Each additional user is $200 a month, prorated from the day you add them, and comes off the bill the day you remove them. They get their own sign-in and connect their own Claude.
How does the free trial work?
Your card goes on file at registration and nothing is charged for 14 days. Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing. After that it is $499 a month, plus $200 for each additional user, until you cancel — which you can do any time from the billing page.
Where is my data?
Your case records live in Case Velocity, in a space only your firm's sign-ins can reach. Your email, calendar and files stay in your Google account; Claude works on them through your own connections and saves documents to your Drive.
